Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
Halit Mumcu
Senior EPC executive · 25+ years leadership experience
Senior EPC executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in infrastructure, electro-mechanical, and industrial projects across Saudi Arabia and Türkiye. Throughout his career, he has led the delivery of large-scale EPC projects covering civil infrastructure, district cooling systems, industrial facilities, and public sector developments.
Prior to co-founding Mawi Development Contracting, he served as Deputy General Manager at Faisal Electro-Mechanical Co. Ltd. (FEMCO), where he played a key role in expanding the company's EPC operations across infrastructure, industrial, and electro-mechanical sectors.
Under his leadership, numerous complex projects were successfully delivered for major clients including Royal Commission, Aramco, Neom, SWCC, Ministry of Health, Universities, and Major Infrastructure Developers, with project values exceeding USD 1.3 Billion.
Halit Mumcu has also completed the Chief Executive Officer Programme at Singapore Management University, strengthening his leadership capabilities in strategic management, business transformation, and executive decision-making.
His expertise includes strategic project leadership, business development, contract management, and large-scale EPC project execution.
